Yes we do offer delivery in Waiuku (for free within 20km, otherwise $25 fee). And yes we do offer a setup service for most of the hire equipment – you can choose this when filling out the booking form.
Please clean it as soon as possible with a damp cloth. Read under ‘Cleaning’ in the Terms & Conditions for further info.
Cancellations before 7 days of hire date will receive a full refund. Please read 5.Booking Cancellation, Refund Policy and Bond Refund in the Terms & Conditions for more information.
The Castle must be left ON at all times and especially in the event it unexpectedly rains! In the event of rain we reserve the right to come out and pack up early. Our Bouncy Castles must not be used in Rain. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
Bookings that have been completed will have their bonds refunded by the following Friday at the latest. (We do need a few days to check all of our castles that came back and ensure that the castle have been returned clean, dry and undamaged.) Please read the Terms & Conditions that you have agreed to or contact us with any questions.
